\nWhen I started my career in office interior design in Vietnam in 2017, I quickly realized that traditional sales activities were not the answer. Instead, I dedicated myself to truly understanding each client\u2019s needs and investing my time in training our team. Day by day, Clients began to place their trust in us, referrals grew, and we built a construction style that thrived without sales.
